Family helping family. I did not know a thing when I built my Stuart Bauer Pool, but the Bauers are truthful, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have a family touch. Every suggestion has been terrific. In fact, since building my pool 8 years ago, they have never missed an appointment. Always on time. There are two standards of excellence: #1, the customer high standard; and #2, the Bauer family high standards. Anytime a potential customer has any questions, they may contact me.

When I decided to put in a pool I spoke with friends who had pools and Stuart Bauer Pools was recommended. I met with several pool dealerships but appreciated the versatility of being able to design my own pool if I went with Stuart Bauer Pools. Four years ago we had Stuart Bauer Pools build our pool. Of course we agonized over the decision. Which company was the best? Which company would give us the best service? Which company would give us the best "bang for our buck"?

Stuart worked with us, patiently, for a couple of years before we were brave enough to spend the money.

Finally we broke ground. From start to finish, it was the Bauer family—Mike, Donnie, etc. (I'm sure I'm leaving somebody out). They didn't dig the "hole" and didn't leave it until it was finished. They broke ground and finished it in three weeks (give or take).

Since then we've had our pool, and the service has been superb. Cathy, Kathryn, and Janet help us out at the store. Their advice has been great.

To me, it is the best money we ever spent for the family!

To me, their is only pool company to use.
